Necessary Information

Class Schedules: 
  • Toddlers Two: 9:15-11:15 am
  • AM Preschool Threes: 9:00-11:20 am
  • AM Preschool Fours: 9:00-11:30 am
  • AM Pre-K Transitional: 9:00- 11:40 am
  • Half Day Kindergarten: 9:00-12:30 pm 
  • Full Day Preschool: 9:00-2 or 3:00 pm 
  • Full Day Kindergarten: 9:00-2:00 pm

Arrival Information: 
If you arrive early feel free to wait in the blue room. If you are unable to stay with your child until school begins, Early Drop Off service is offered starting at 8:00 am. The fee is $10.00 for a child arriving before 8:30 am. After 8:30 am the fee is $6.00. Payment are to be made to the early drop off staff. 
  
Dismissal Information:
A parent must come in to pick up their Toddlers Two children.
Preschool children will be dismissed from the main entrance, one or two at a time.
Kindergarten students use the Kindergarten stairway entrance.
Half Day Kindergarten students will be bused to Chatham Park at approximately 12:30 pm.  

Note: Please be sure all adults responsible for bringing your child to and from school are aware of the arrival and dismissal procedures. 
 
Lunch Bunch Information:  
Lunch Bunch is also offered Monday - Friday to all preschool children who are completely potty trained. The fee is payable each time your child participates. If you would like your child to stay send the proper payment in a labeled envelope, $14.00 until 2:00 pm and $21.00 until 3:00 pm. This program provides a lunch experience with peers and an enjoyable time of socialization with children of different ages. Kindergarten may join Lunch Bunch friends from 2-3:00 pm. (the fee is also $7.00 per day). Lunch Bunch is offered to all preschool children regardless of what days they attend their morning program. If your child is coming for afternoon Lunch Bunch on an alternate day an early morning call to the office is required before 10 am. 

In your child's lunch box (name on lunch box) please include:
  1. A healthy lunch (no choking foods - ex. hard candies, lollipops, nuts popcorn, etc.) If you are including an orange, please peel it and wrap it in foil or plastic wrap. 
  2. A purchased beverage or a beverage in a thermos (no soda).
  3. A plastic spoon for yogurt and puddings or jello.
  4. A full roll of paper towels to start the school year.
  5. A labeled envelope with $7.00, $14.00, or $21.00 (cash or check).
As an added convenience you may prepay Lunch Bunch fees (checks are preferred) and receive vouchers. Any unused vouchers will be redeemed at the end of the year.  
 
 *No reservations are necessary for Early Drop Off or Lunch Bunch.
 
Tuition: Tuition is due the first of each month to be paid by the 5thAdditional Fees may include a $20.00 late fee or $25.00 returned check fee. Tuition is not reimbursed for illnesses, vacations, or emergency school closings. We do not accept cash tuition payments, check, money order or direct bank payments only. 

If you encounter difficulty in paying tuition please contact the Education Director for assistance ASAP or you may also feel free to contact our Business Manager, Teresa Gruener. The best way to reach her is by email at tag210@aol.com. Every effort will be made to establish a workable payment plan.

*There is a mail slot at the church office door on Brookline Blvd. if you would like to drop tuition off after school hours. Be sure your envelope is clearly labeled. Please see our Tuition Rates for more information.
 
Items Needed For School: (Toddlers Two please see note below)
  1. Photo of your child.
  2. Change of clothing with all items labeled in a labeled zip lock bag: Shirt, Pants, Undergarments, Socks
  3. Backpack or other school bag that is easy for your child to open and close.  
  4. All necessary forms.
  5. One roll of paper towels.
  6. Two containers of wipes. Boys - Please bring two containers of antibacterial surface wipes. Girls - Please bring two containers of antibacterial hand wipes.
  7. One box of tissues.
Note regarding Toddlers Two: Please provide all of the items requested above except for item number two. Instead please bring a change of clothes, diapers, wipes, and a labeled sippy cup in your child's backpack daily. 
 
Note for children entering the preschool programs regarding potty training: Excluding the Toddlers Two program, all children entering the preschool programs must be completely potty trained and independent in the bathroom. They should come to school in big boy/girl underwear, not a pull-up. Please call the school office if you have any questions regarding this policy. 

Note for St. Faith Kindergarten Children also attending Chatham Park PM Kindergarten Session:
If Chatham Park's PM Kindergarten is cancelled for any reason, your child is welcome to stay until 2:00 pm. for $14.00 and then with Lunch Bunch friends until 3:00 pm. for an additional $7.00 per day.
